1/2" Back Pressure Regulator

General Information

A fully balanced economical regulator is also known as a priority valve. Built specifically for high flow rates of compressors to maintain back pressure on filters and separators. Designed with a stainless steel metal to metal seat for self cleaning. Maintains constant back pressure (set pressure) independent of outlet pressure. When outlet pressure reaches set pressure the regulator opens to permit unrestricted flow.

• Maximum Rate Pressure - 6000 PSI (40MPa)
• Materials - anodized aluminum body, bronze, stainless steel
• Low Pressure Model - Adjustable between 40 to 200 PSI
• High Pressure Model - Adjustable between 500 to 6000 PSI
• Flow Capacity - 2 to 300 SCFM
• Leakage - Zero external; about 0.1 SCFM internal
• Ports - 1/2" female pipe thread
• Size - 5.3" x 2" x 1.5"
