Pro CO Analyzer with Low Pressure Alarm
This model of the Pro CO Analyzer combines carbon monoxide detection and a low pressure alarm in a water- and impact-resistant case with a clear cover that is compatible with outdoor and marine environments. Manufactured for the needs of surface-supplied working divers.
This version of the Pro CO Alarm analyzer detects:
(1) CO in air flow from an operating compressor in excess user-defined setpoints
(2) Low air supply pressure, factory set at 100 psi (7 bar)
If the analyzer readings fall outside of alarm setpoints, a relay sounds a piezo alarm and illuminates one of two panel LEDs (one each for CO and pressure). This same relay can activate an external relay to automatically shutdown compressors, sound an external alarm or activate emergency backup systems.
WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death.
