Voyager Series

The VOYAGER SERIES from Nuvair are turnkey nitrox generating systems that can pump air at up to 5000 psi (345 bar) or produce nitrox (EANx) at up to 3600 psi (250 bar) to fill scuba tanks or storage cylinders. Voyager systems can deliver up to 17 CFM (481 L/min) of EANx40 (40% nitrox) at 3600 psi (250 bar) and can supply air fills up to 4500–5000 psi (310–345 bar).

Using electric power, Voyagers produce nitrox without the hazards or expense of blending gases with stored high-pressure oxygen (O₂). Instead, the Voyager system uses a semi-permeable membrane to produce nitrox from air. A portion of the nitrogen in air is separated out, leaving an oxygen enriched nitrox mixture.

The Voyager Series is designed for dive operations that require the flexibility to deliver either high pressure air or nitrox blends from 22 to 40% oxygen. A unique feature of the Voyager line is its ability to produce repeatable nitrox oxygen percentages based upon membrane system air pressure. Choose from among our five Voyager models and six variants. Every NUVAIR VOYAGER is designed and built at our California production facility.
