Nuvair can custom fabricate breathing air refill hose and hose ends. We cut the length of our 7000 psi (345 bar) 3/16" Thermoplastic breathing air hose to your specification and install hose ends that you select. The cost of installing hose ends is included in the purchase price. The 527BA-3 hose is commonly used in breathing air applications for different tank fill applications.
How to Order Your Custom Hose & Installed Hose Ends
- Click the black CUSTOMIZE AND ADD TO CART button above.
- Select the length of your 527BA-3 hose. Enter the length (in feet) in the "Qty" (quantity) window. For instance, if you need a 10-foot-long hose, enter "10" in the "Qty" box. Metric conversion: 1 foot = 30.48 cm.
- Select the first hose end in the "Hose End #1" dropdown box. Only one hose end can be selected. You can also choose to have no hose end installed.
- Select the second hose end in the "Hose End #2" dropdown box. Only one hose end can be selected. You can also choose to have no hose end installed.
- Click "Add to Cart" Button. The total price will display in the Shopping Cart.
- If the hose order needs to be edited, click "Edit" (pencil) icon in the Shopping Cart.
- You can order multiple quantities of the same hose length and hose ends or revisit this page to order a new hose length/hose end combination.
Hose Specifications
527BA breathing air refill hose complies with NFPA 1901 requirements for Fire Apparatus and CGA G7.1-1 Grade E Breathing Air Standards and is suitable for different tank fill applications, such as integrated containment fill stations, mobile and stationary systems (with or without cascade controls), mobile trailer/truck systems, and portable SCBA fill. The 527BA hose does not contain conductive elements; therefore, it should not be used with explosive gases such as pure oxygen and hydrogen. To order hose without hose ends, see SKU 527BA Series.
