Entry Level Air/Nitrox System

The Package #1 dive shop filling station utilizes a versatile single compressor that can fill high-pressure storage tanks with air, then uses that same stored air supply to generate 22–40% nitrox. The system can deliver air at 4500 psi (310 bar) and nitrox at 3600 psi (250 bar).

Our Package #2 dive shop filling station is a turnkey system that utilizes the Nuvair Voyager to produce and compress oxygen-rich air (nitrox) or air for filling scuba tanks and storage cylinders. Affordable, Dependable Technology for Smart Dive Professionals

UNDER REVISION. The Package #3 dive shop filling station utilizes two completely independent compressors for reliability and versatility. When using the Nuvair LP300 Marine Nitrox Generator with the Coltri/Nuvair MCH16 Tropical Plus, you can pump 9.4 CFM (266 L/min) at 32% nitrox (EANx32) using both compressors, or up to 40% nitrox (EANx40) at 9 CFM (255 L/min) using one compressor. Operation is fully automatic and up to four cylinders can be filled simultaneously as well as storage banks. The internal air conveyors ensure excellent cooling.

The Nuvair LP600 nitrox generator produces 38CFM (1076 L/min) of EANx32; 28 CFM (793 L/min) of EANx36, or 22 CFM (623 L/min) of EANx32.
