Nuvair does not lease or finance equipment purchases directly. If you or your company do not have an existing relationship with a lending institution like a bank or credit union, we do work with third-party companies to help with equipment purchases. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed for shipment as soon as possible. During the order fulfillment process, we incur costs. While we understand that orders might need to be changed after an order is placed, we cannot cancel all orders free of charge. We strictly adhere to the our cancellation policy.

Repairs & Maintenance

Our services do not end at the sale at Nuvair. Our factory-trained repair technicians are versed on a wide variety of compressors and products related to compressed gas. We are happy to bid maintenance, repair and parts for all the compressors and accessories we sell. If you have a compressor make that we do not carry, please contact us to see if we can be of service.

Return Policy

Shipments will be deemed to have been accepted by Buyer upon delivery of the said shipments to Buyer unless rejected upon receipt. Buyer shall perform all inspections and tests Buyer deems necessary as promptly as possible but in no event later than seven (7) days after delivery of product, at which time Buyer will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products. Any discrepancy in shipment quantity must be reported within seven (7) days after delivery. Buyer may not return products without a Sales Return Order (“SRO”) number. SRO is valid for 30 days from date issued. All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Special order items are non-refundable.

For our full warranty terms, please visit this page. Unless otherwise specified, materials (parts and equipment) supplied by Nuvair are covered by a one (1) year warranty period from the date of delivery to customer. “Date of delivery” is determined by shipping or proof of receipt documentation.
