Nuvair air storage include high pressure storage tanks, low pressure volume tanks, and air bank storage racks. All air storage solutions can be customized to meet specific requirements.

Air/Nitrogen Bank Storage Racks

Nuvair offers stock and custom-designed storage racks for high pressure cylinders. Our standard racks can accommodate 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 12 or 16 tanks; our custom racks can meet any requirement. Some racks are available in a horizontal configuration. Certified frames are also available. Unless otherwise stated, air/nitrogen storage tanks are sold separately. Customized racks are fabricated at our California production factility.

These tanks can be filled and transported across most of the world's borders. Cylinders comply with ASME Section VIII, Division 1, Mandatory Appendix 22 or UN/ISO 9809 - 2:200 - Parts 1 & 2. DOT qualification and optional TC stamp for Canada available.

Low Pressure Volume Tanks

Nuvair manufactures low pressure volume tanks in horizontal, vertical and grasshopper configurations. All volume tanks are available from 30 to 240 gallon (113 to 908 L) sizes with larger sizes possible. Packages with breathing air filtration are built around high-quality tanks to the latest ASME code.

The volume tanks are painted with a primer coat and optional durable acrylic enamel topcoat. Framed tanks are enclosed in rugged marine grade aluminum frames and have eyes and/or forklift feet. Brass fittings and stainless steel hardware are used on all our low volume tanks. Breathing air packages are available with Norgren or Hankison filter systems installed and additional types of inlet and outlet fittings.
