Quick disconnect female socket with threaded NPTF female end. Maximum pressure: 5200 psi @ 72°F (359 bar @ 22°C).
Sockets are sleeve-lock style. To connect, slide back the sleeve on the socket, insert the plug, and release the sleeve. To disconnect, slide back the sleeve and pull out the plug. There is no valve in these sockets, so they allow for maximum flow. All open-flow sockets are compatible with any of the open-flow plugs of the same coupling size, regardless of the pipe or barb size. Brass sockets have good corrosion resistance and low wear resistance. They are softer and easier to thread than stainless steel sockets.
