Stud for second and third stage cylinders. Works with MCH3-5 EVO CNG, MCH10-14 EVO CNG, MCH5 CNG, MCH13-16-18 TROPICAL, and MCH8-11-13-16-18-21-23. Described by Coltri as "2ND/3RD STAGE TIE ROD [TIRANTE SECONDO/TERZO STADIO MCH13/16]". Suitable replacement for 13-03-0016.
