Designed for installation on a control panel or other flat surface, the Nuvair Pro O2 panel mount alarm analyzer measures oxygen (O2) levels in breathing gas mixtures. Audible and visual alarms for low and high oxygen content can be set by the user. If the alarm sounds, the analog output can activate an optional relay that shuts down compressors automatically, sounds an alarm, or activates backup systems. Four power and two module options available.
Accurate, stable, and easy to use, the panel mounted Nuvair Pro O2 Alarm Analyzer has two audible and visible alarms that can be set for high and low oxygen content. When the alarm sounds, the analog output activates an optional relay that shuts down compressor automatically, sounds a remote alarm, or switches a surface-supplied diver's breathing gas to an emergency backup system. Designed for installation on a control panel or other flat surface, Nuvair Pro O2 Alarm analyzers are built and tested in-house and come ready to use. Designed for in-line measurement of oxygen in a mixed gas, it is compatible with nitrox, heliox, and trimix.
WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death.
Four power options are available for this analyzer: 110/220V wall plug-in, 9-volt battery, DIN rail, and rechargeable lithium battery. For wall plug-in and DIN rail powered analyzers, two optional modules can be built into your analyzer: FAILSAFE and SMART START.
Adding the FAILSAFE Module to your Nuvair Pro Alarm analyzer will automatically disable integrated power equipment if: (a) Analyzer power is interrupted, or (b) Analyzer goes into alarm. Adding a SMART START Module to your Nuvair Pro Alarm Analyzer will automatically power-up the analyzer in tandem with integrated power equipment, like a compressor.
Choose one of four available power options and two available module upgrades by using the Power & Module Options dropdown menu (above).
