Our innovative low pressure and high pressure hydraulic nitrox compressor package leverages existing hydraulic pumps aboard commercial vessels or offshore installations to power this heavy duty nitrox generator. As configured with two compressors, this money-saving system can deliver 10 CFM of up to 40% nitrox at 3600 psi (283 L/min at 250 bar) or 23 CFM of air at 4500 psi (651 L/min at 310 bar).

LP Grade D Filtration

Hankison HF 20 Series, auto drains and differential pressure gauge

Coalescing and particle removal to 1 micron, auto drain and differential pressure indicator
Water and oil vapor removal to 0.01 micron, auto drain and differential pressure indicator
Oil vapor removal to 0.003 ppm, manual drain
Supplying Grade D air to membrane
